Returns & Cancellations Policy

We are sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your order.

In the event that you have received an incorrect or a damaged item, we will provide you with a return shipping label. The item must be shipped back within 3 days or the return will become invalid. We will not reprint return labels after the 3 day period. If you are unable to send the item back, you will need to notify us within the 3 day period following the return label being sent to you.

For orders that are custom made, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations but please contact me if there is a problem with your order.

I always ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit. 

So I can get this sorted for you, please drop a message with the following info:

1 - Your name, e-mail, and best contact number

2 - Your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)

3 - Picture of the item if damaged

 

 I will do my best to make it right for you! Please allow 3-5  business days to process your claim and you will receive a status update. Thank you for helping to grow this small business.
